Terms of Service

Last updated: May 16, 2026

1. Acceptance of the terms

By creating an account or using the NeuraVoz services ("the Service"), you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

NeuraVoz is a business communications platform (UCaaS) offering VoIP calling, phone numbers, SIP credentials, IVR, call recording and related services, operated over the networks of third-party telephony providers. NeuraVoz is the owner of and is responsible for the Service.

3. Account and registration

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. All activity under your account is considered to have been carried out by you. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

NeuraVoz may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, show fraudulent activity, or have a persistent negative balance.

4. Payments, balance and plans

NeuraVoz operates on a prepaid model (balance top-ups) and monthly subscription plans. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (cards and crypto). All payments are non-refundable once applied to the balance, except where required by applicable law or in the case of demonstrable errors of the Service.

Per-minute rates are based on your top-up tier (larger top-up, larger discount). International rates apply according to the destination.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel them from your account's billing portal.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for:

  • Spam, non-consented robocalls, or violating the TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) and equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Harassment, fraud, identity impersonation, or any illegal activity.
  • Calls to emergency services (911) — NeuraVoz is NOT a substitute for a traditional phone line for emergencies.
  • Circumventing number restrictions, attempting to provision numbers under false identities, or using numbers to evade blocks.
  • Denial-of-service attacks, network abuse, or any attempt to compromise the infrastructure.

Non-compliance may result in immediate suspension without refund and reporting to the authorities.

The customer's obligations are detailed in the Acceptable Use & Customer Responsibility Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Emergency services (E911)

NeuraVoz does NOT offer guaranteed E911 services. If you need to make an emergency call, use a traditional phone line or a mobile phone. NeuraVoz is not liable for damages arising from the inability to complete emergency calls from the Service.

7. Availability and SLA

The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of 100% availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform online, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, failures of third-party telephony, hosting or AI providers, or force majeure.

8. Limitation of liability

NeuraVoz is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data or any consequential damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. NeuraVoz's total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new versions.

If there is any discrepancy between the language versions, the English version prevails.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from Settings. NeuraVoz may terminate the Service if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to numbers, recordings and configurations, which will be deleted according to the retention policy.
