Acceptable Use & Customer Responsibility Policy

Version 2026-10-28 · Last updated: October 28, 2026

This policy forms part of the NeuraVoz Terms of Service. By creating an account or using the Service, the customer (the company that registers and its users) accepts it.

1. NeuraVoz is a technology provider

NeuraVoz is a service operated by PyNeura LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company. NeuraVoz provides software tools — AI voice assistants, phone numbers, calling, campaigns, recordings and related features — that customers configure and operate themselves.

NeuraVoz does not decide who the customer calls, what its assistants say, which numbers it dials or when. Those decisions belong exclusively to the customer.

2. Company review and approval

NeuraVoz is for businesses only. We request company information (legal name, country, website, tax ID, contact details) and place each account under review before activation. Approval is at NeuraVoz's discretion and may be refused, conditioned or withdrawn.

Approval of an account is not an endorsement or verification of the customer's activities, and does not transfer any of the customer's legal obligations to NeuraVoz.

3. Customer control and sole responsibility

Once approved, the customer has full control over how it uses the Service and is solely responsible for that use and for any misuse by it, its users, agents or end customers, including:

  • Obtaining any consent required before calling, messaging or recording people.
  • Giving call-recording and AI/automated-call notices where the law requires them.
  • Complying with telemarketing, robocall and Do-Not-Call rules (e.g. TCPA, TSR and national DNC registries) and their equivalents in every country it calls.
  • Respecting permitted calling hours, call frequency limits and caller-ID rules in each destination.
  • Complying with local telecommunications regulations, including, where applicable, the rules of the UAE Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) and any other regulator in the countries where it operates or calls.
  • Using phone numbers only for their permitted purpose and in line with their registration, and keeping number-holder information accurate.
  • The content of calls, messages, prompts, scripts and knowledge bases that it configures, and the actions its assistants take on its behalf.
  • Data protection: having a lawful basis for the personal data it uploads or collects, informing data subjects, and honouring their rights (e.g. GDPR, CCPA, UAE PDPL, as applicable). For that data, the customer is the controller and NeuraVoz acts as processor/provider.

4. Prohibited use

  • Unsolicited or non-consented calls or campaigns, spam, or calls to numbers on Do-Not-Call lists without a valid exemption.
  • Fraud, phishing, impersonation, caller-ID spoofing, harassment, threats or any unlawful activity.
  • Misleading the person called about who is calling or that they are speaking with an AI assistant, where disclosure is required.
  • Using numbers obtained with false or incomplete identity information, or to evade blocks or restrictions.
  • Attempts to compromise, overload or abuse the platform or its networks.

5. Suspension and enforcement

NeuraVoz may, without prior notice, suspend or limit accounts, assistants, campaigns or phone numbers when it detects or reasonably suspects misuse, receives complaints or requests from carriers or authorities, or the customer does not provide requested documentation. NeuraVoz may also terminate the account and cooperate with authorities. Suspension for misuse does not give rise to any refund or compensation.

6. Documentation (KYC) for numbers

To provision or keep certain phone numbers — especially in regulated countries such as the UAE — NeuraVoz or its carriers may require documents (company registration or trade license, ID of the authorised signatory, proof of address, number-use declaration, etc.). The customer must provide accurate, current documents on request. Numbers may be withheld, suspended or released if documentation is not provided or is not valid.

7. Indemnity

The customer will defend, indemnify and hold harmless NeuraVoz, PyNeura LLC and their members, employees and providers from any claims, fines, penalties, damages, costs and fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the customer's use of the Service, its breach of this policy or the Terms, or its violation of any law or third-party right.

8. Limitation of responsibility

NeuraVoz is not responsible for the customer's decisions, configurations, call content or compliance, nor for losses arising from them. Nothing in this policy limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the version and date above identify the current text, and continued use after an update means acceptance. Questions or abuse reports: soporte@neuravoz.com.

If there is any discrepancy between the language versions, the English version prevails.
